About These Terms
We believe contracts should be understandable. These are our policies in plain English.
What We Do
We source souvenirs, branded items, and custom products on your behalf. We research suppliers, provide quotes, manage production, and arrange delivery. We're your partner in the process.
How Ordering Works
- You request a quote with your needs, budget, and timeline
- We provide a detailed quote with options and pricing
- You approve the quote in writing (email is fine)
- We proceed with sourcing and keep you updated
- Samples are provided when applicable for approval
- Production begins after your final approval
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit upon order confirmation
- 50% balance due before shipment
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or negotiated terms for large orders
- All prices are in your preferred currency and include taxes where applicable
Delivery & Timelines
- Standard delivery: 4-8 weeks from quote approval
- Express delivery: 2-4 weeks (additional cost)
- Timelines are estimates. We will communicate any delays immediately
- Force majeure (natural disaster, shipping delays, etc.) may extend timelines
- You are responsible for receiving the shipment at your destination
Quality Standards
- All items are inspected before shipment
- Minor variations in color, sizing, or finish are normal in manufacturing
- Defective items are replaced or refunded
- You have 7 days to report quality issues after delivery
Changes & Cancellations
- Changes before production may incur additional costs
- Cancellations: You forfeit deposit; you pay for work already completed
- After production begins, no cancellations without significant penalty
- We will always discuss implications before proceeding
Intellectual Property
- You own your designs and logos
- We will not use your designs for any other purpose
- You grant us permission to discuss your project as a case study (with your approval)
- All supplier agreements respect your IP rights
Liability & Disputes
- We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us
- Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first
- If needed, mediation or arbitration will follow
